8.) Board of Directors election — 3 B.O.D. to be elected
9.) Appointment of committee to review 2023 financial
records and a committee to review Jan 2023 general meeting
minutes (3 board members and 3 members at large for each)
10.) Results of BOD election.
11.) Old or new business from the floor.
12.) Adjournment—The new Board of Directors will convene immediately after the annual meeting.
